Our mission is to provide individualized, diagnostic, therapeutic and educational services for the emotional and behavioral problems children exhibit in the home, school and community.

To provide integrated community based psychiatric and support services that are child centered, family driven and culturally competent.

To advocate for preventative and educational servivces from community resources and to promote and/or develop other specialized services for children with serious mental, emotional and behavioral disorders and their families.

To provide an intensive treatment enviorment that reduces maladaptive behavior and develop age appropriate copingand intellectual skills which prepare the child to be successful in his or her community.

To provide an intensive, total treatment program close to the child's community.

To provide a warm, professional environment developed through the knowledge of children and their developmental needs.

To focus on interactions with children which recognize their human rights, needs and dignity.

To enhance the enjoyment of learning and to create an environment for the development of positive self-esteem.

To have family envolvement in order to strenghthen the treatment process and assist in the child's return to the community.
